Howdy! Welcome to our Fill Ins this Friday.
Ellen of 15andmeowing came up with the first two and Annie of McGuffy’s Reader came up with the second two.
And here are my Friendly Fill-Ins:
1. I have broken no bones. (Knock on wood)
2. When I go out to breakfast, I order waffles with strawberries. Yummy 😋
3. As Summer officially comes to an end, I’m a little sad and will miss the warmth of the sun. Snow is predicted this week.
4. Before this year is over, I really need to crochet an afghan for our sons and their wives.
We hope everyone has a great weekend.
We were so sad to hear about Bill early today. Ou sympathy is with Sharon and their family.
we sure will knock on wood… that is super good that you never made this painful eggs-perience ;o)
have a wonderful weekend too…

Thanks Phenny. I’m just lucky because I’m a klutz.

You linked! I never broke a bone until recently (2015). I hope it never happens again! I love waffles with strawberries! I never learned to crochet, and admire that you can! Hugs!

Thank you for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. How lucky to have never broken a bone. Good luck getting those afghans completed. Someday I want to make one, all I do now is cat toys. Snow? Wow, that is early. Have a nice weekend!

It’s rain now, which is badly needed. But it’s 48 degrees why ch feels cold.

I like the winter where I live. If it snows it is usually in February and everything shuts down until it’s gone. The summers are nearly unbearable, so hot and humid. Very different from where I grew up. I love to crochet. I think it is very relaxing and nothing beats an afghan for napping on cold days. Lucky you, no broken bones. I have broken a few over the years.

It is still in the upper 80’s here but not quite as humid. I am ready for some 60*.

It is nice to see the cooler weather. It is only 91 degrees in Gulf Coast Texas. I can’t imagine snow this early.

It’s 49F her and feels like 39F. I hope it doesn’t freeze tonight. I have too many green tomatoes.

The cooler temps are welcomed in the Mile High. This morning it was 87% humidity with 52 glorious degrees and a bit chilly on the morning walk. I heard snow was forecast for the high country. Keeping my fingers crossed your tomatoes survive with a sheet or tarp over them. Too good to let Mother Nature claim ’em just yet.

We’re hoping it doesn’t get quite that cold but at 36F it was close, will be again and then warmer Sunday. Enjoy the cool.

Wow on them calling for snow! I am definitely not ready for snow yet!! But today was like a summer day here! Crazy temps, for it was cooler like Fall last week.
Great on having no broken bones! Hope it stays that way! 🙂
