Well, no letter writing was accomplished, very little reading. I decided to do some VERY low impact exercises, then laundry.
I then got the idea to make a crockpot dinner. Husband decided to help. It ended up he made the dinner, except for my toasting some hamburger buns. What ever. If he wants to, it works, as long as I can remember the recipe, since it was something I made up, and don't have a written recipe for...
I worked on a sock. I became interested in an article on TV, and about a half hour later had to frog a bunch of my work, as I had used the wrong pattern. There is a thing about being too much on autopilot!
Took some of the dinner (makes a ginormous amount) to Mom and Dad's, they enjoy it, too. Then, I worked on the sock some more.
I need to oil my hands, though. I have been working with dirt, and it dries out my hands horribly... Right now I'd say the backs of my hands could double as 60 grit sandpaper...
Eeeew.
