The Breakers' Bad Boys wish Evernight a Happy Birthday!

I’m honored to celebrate this momentous occasion with Evernight.  Here’s a look at the first two books of my Breakers' Bad Boys series and my upcoming release, the third book in the series, Dante's Angel!

* * * *
HAMMER'S FALL

Jared “Hammer” Caufield is a former Army Ranger and retired professional MMA champion that had to give up his fighting career due to a knee injury. He is a bad boy through and through, but that doesn’t stop him from craving the sweet little bakery owner, even though he knows she is too good for him…

Bakery owner, Kalista Redford, is a woman who has had a difficult past. She has always struggled with her self-esteem, and her last breakup hasn’t done anything to help improve her opinion of herself. When Kalista finds herself pursued by the dark and dangerous man she has secretly dreamed about, will she be able to follow her heart or will past insecurities threaten to ruin her chance at true love?

NYGHT'S EVE

Daryk “Dare” Nyght is a man on the edge. As a trauma surgeon in the Army, he has seen his share of combat, but his high-risk lifestyle has left him burnt out and in desperate need of some peace. A man without a home, Dare heads to the small town of Breakers to get some rest and spend some time with a few friends, but what he finds there is more than he ever expected...

Evelyn Beaumont is a woman who seems to have it all. Evie has grace, beauty and wealth, but she hides from painful memories by burying herself in her work at the rescue center she runs. When these two lost souls come together in a clash of wills, the sparks between them are undeniable. Will passion be enough or can they find a way to open their hearts for a chance at true love?

DANTE'S ANGEL

Zoe Lang grew up as a musical prodigy whose life was not her own. She was told when to eat, when to sleep, and even who to marry, until she found the courage to escape the confines of her gilded cage. But freedom came with a price that almost cost her everything. Finding sanctuary in the small town of Breakers, Zoe is content with her new life. The only thing disrupting her happiness is Dante Fox, a dark and dangerous bad boy who plays by his own rules. Even though he isn’t the type of man she’s looking for, her heart doesn’t seem to agree…

A former Army Ranger, Dante Fox is plagued by nightmares of his time overseas. He struggles to combat the darkness within him, but when he meets Zoe Lang, his entire world shifts. Dante wants to make her his, however, his reputation makes it difficult for her to take him seriously. When Zoe’s past comes back to haunt her, he will do everything in his power to keep her safe. Can two tortured souls find peace together, or will Dante’s angel only be his in dreams?

  1. My last birthday was 1 week ago today and it was pretty low key. I got my hair cut and colored that day - added a gorgeous shock of red to the front bangs - then went home and crashed. Friday I had my family over to my place & we ordered food and ate ice cream cake and cupcakes! My Mom (her birthday is the day before mine) and I got family presents and we just had a nice family visit.

    I admit to being a little boring this year but neither of us were feeling great so we decided to leave the table dancing to someone else. hehehehe

  14. My husband and I share the same birthday. Unfortunately it's in January and we live in an extremely snowy area. Last year we were stuck at home with a snow storm. Definitely not exciting, but still nice just to spend time together.
