Reflections on #AtoZChallenge

Welcome Azalea--the perfect A to Z pony who has both A and Z in her name! Brilliant, isn't it?

I spent a few hours drawing these ponies and my daughters even more, coloring them. I spent a few more half hours on the little story lines and the some more converting everything into coloring pages. I had everything scheduled ahead of time so that I may enjoy the part of reading and commenting!

And here we are. Reflections time.

While I scrambled away, keeping up with replying to my personal blog's comments and updating every post at night with the ponie's names, I also enjoyed visiting everyone and commenting and following. I mourn the fellowshipping and unity we all shared during this roller coaster of fun now that we're all through. But the best part of this is that I've made new friends and rekindled old ones.

I feel that the A to Z Team handled quite well, as always! I appreciate how the staff took on bloggers and faithfully commented on them (at least, that's how it appeared each time I visited a participating blog).

Thanks for the blogging experience of the year, guys! J

We both spent a lot of time on our posts. Yours was really creative and you got to put your drawing skills to use. I think I only two or three flowers though. Now, had they been named after guitars, I would've nailed it!

Hi Elizabeth - I'm so pleased everything went well for you - I loved your pony idea and entered your competition a couple of times! Here's to 2016 :) Special Teaching at Pempi’s Palace

She's a cutie! You did a lot of work for this Challenge. I loved seeing the artwork for these cute ponies and even trying to guess their names. :)

Ooh, you should *so* do that on guitars, Alex, and I would have been floundering about guessing them! :D

Thank you!

Your creativity really shined throughout April. So glad you were able to join us again for A to Z. I was also impressed to see how much the co-hosts and their assistants were commenting and encouraging bloggers on throughout the month. I think it was the most I'd seen in any Challenge so far.

Thanks for taking the time to Reflect on your experiences.

I got to a few of your posts during the challenge and loved the drawings. Never knew what their names were, but I always made sure to leave praise for your talent.

My favorite part was getting to find new bloggers- especially blogspot bloggers. I love how all the new bloggers show in my feed right when I log into my blog so I can check for any new ones before I write up my own posts! I've had trouble in the past finding new blogspot bloggers so this challenge really thrilled me!

Thanks, Patricia!

Yes, I've had a huge issue with my feed in the past that I just gave up relying on it and manually visited my followers instead! xD

Being done is always my favorite part! Served as a minion for Zalka and it was interesting to see so many newbies and try to encourage others, since this is my 3rd year. Yay. Also, I came across a very young blogger, maybe she's 13? I have no idea. Here's her blog, http://princesskaija.blogspot.com/ Maybe she'd love a pony coloring book?

Aw, Courtney! What a cute blogger! What ambition, motivation she has. Thank you. :)

Thanks, Rachna. You never cease to amaze me with your writing successes, either! Thank you for having your blog a safe haven for writers. <3

Hi Elizabeth! I loved your theme, and I had a lot of fun researching flowers to try to guess the ponies' names. You and your daughters have amazing artistic talent!

Yes, I was blown away! Glad you stopped by. I was also going to say, how you must have really worked hard to get all those darn flower names and facts for those horses. Your blog was so quick and easy to review and comment on (unlike my wordy blog) that it looked like a piece of cake. But you must have spent a lot of time and thought to make it look that easy.

Finding your blog through this reflection. Sorry I didn't make it during April. Sounds like you had a grand time. This was my 3rd year to participate and learned a great deal from everyone. Cheers on finishing. I'll catch up with you again after the dust settles.

Lori, you did fantabulously so! You impressed me with your flower research skills! Sorry for taking long to publish your comment, it has been hectic with family here at home--especially with school coming up to this years finish line! :D

Amazing! I've only participated thrice so far, but with a bunch of years in between.
