#MySexySaturday week 78

This week’s theme is My Sexy Date. Not every couple falls in love at first sight. Sure, many do know the moment they see someone but what about those who don’t. They go on dates.

Now, I don’t have any of those moments, mostly because I focus on one part of their life and none of them had been about dating, not yet anyway.

But I do, woohoo, have a date night! So here it is, but just so we all know, this is from my latest book submitted and it hadn’t been through editing.

Waiter came and went food was delivered, eaten. They spoke in soft tone about everything and nothing, things couples did when they were a perfect fit, and didn’t need the word to show them that connection.

Yet, Adam needed something, Justin knew that, and when desert came, he stopped Adam’s hand grabbing his folk.
“I’ve got something to ask you,” Justin said, feeling heat lick at his face, he hoped what he was doing was the right thing, that he wasn’t about to get laughed at, or worse Adam would walk away because his been waiting for Justin to do instead.
Insecurity didn’t sit well for Justin, he didn’t like the feel of it, didn’t like the fact the emotion was even a possibility for him, he was always confident in everything. But Adam had been acting funny and Justin had a hope and that was is.
“Justin?” Adam asked, it seemed it wasn’t the first thing he’d said.
“Sorry.”
Adam swallowed hard, fear making him seem smaller than he was. “You wanted to tell me something.”
“No,” Justin clarified, maybe he did have a clue why Adam was acting the way he was. “I want to ask you something, big difference.”

And onto the pimping and other random facts linked to this hop

Protecting My Werewolf
(Moonlit Wolves #7)

Justin is back for one thing, to take Jex home, but what he finds makes him realise that maybe there’s something more in life than taking orders from a man who owns his soul.

It doesn’t take a smart man to realise there’s something different about this group of men, but it’s definitely going to take strength to walk away. Can Adam show Justin his worth more than going back to his old life, even when that means stepping into a war he’d never expect, let alone knew existed?

  1. Very nice snippet. I love how Justin is so unsure of himself, of them that it worries him. Can't wait to see how it turns out. Thanks for sharing and being part of My Sexy Saturday.
