Today I'm back to reveal our dining room sprinkled with a little Christmas cheer. I incorporated bits of green, red, and plaid to simply decorate this space.
I added one of my recent estate sale finds to our buffet to change it up a bit. The concrete figure takes the spotlight on our buffet surrounded by greenery, pine cones, and red berries.
I love the versatility of our large wooden dough bowl on the dining room table, it's perfect for decorating as each season changes.
I used simple white plates, neutral napkins tied with red plaid ribbon, and my over sized plaid blanket scarf cut into two pieces was just perfect for draping in the side chairs with neutral pillows. Now I have two red plaid scarves to wear or decorate with!
I have a few changes in the works for our dining room including a furniture makeover, an ironstone collection, and a possible antique chandelier switch. I'll share more about that on a later post.

ReplyDeleteSo pretty and festive looking. I know it's not part of you holiday decor but I just have to say that brick wall is amazing. Looks amazing with the type of furniture that you've placed in the room - - rustic and elegant is just a nice mix.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Robin!
