Old Schoolhouse Review: A Travel Kit

HSCrew140x180

Recently I got to review this wonderful little eBook called Travel Kits-a Simple Way to Bless Others. travelkits_cover_sm

First of all, I have to say that it’s a challenge for me to read on the computer, but this book was written in big font with lots of pictures so that made it much easier and very enjoyable!

Loaded on these pages are simple ways to make beautiful gifts for friends and family-gifts they can take with them on a long car ride or trip! When I say loaded, I mean LOADED! There’s ideas for packaging, content, themes, food, recipes, personal stories and more!

My favorite part about the eBook is all the cool links included. There is a web link for every Tourism site for all of our 50 states! Most of the sites offer free brochures and travel ideas that can be used to make fun games for the car and if you know where someone is going, would be a great blessing to include in a travel kit!

The only trouble I had with this wonderful book is that since we’ve gone through such a stretching financial period over the last year and a half, it was hard for me to get too excited about spending money on little gifts. But there are tons of ideas for gifts that don’t cost money as well! And honestly, I’m sure I could find a lot of great treasures at garage sales if I planned ahead a little!

All in all, this was a very handy little eBook. And if you have the gift of Giving, this one is right up your alley! It sells for $12.45 and you can order your own copy by clicking on the Travel Kit picture above!

Joyfully,

Mrs. Taffy

  1. Nice review Mrs Taffy!
I agree - that to get the MOST excitement out of this book is to be able to have extra monies for others, and for the kiddos. :) Hubby is in retail and I stay home - so we'd have to get creative for sure if it involved even dollar store items. :)
