The bloggers we really miss…
and the ones we would really miss!
Do you have a couple blogger buddies who aren’t posting as often? Those who’ve pulled back and seem absent from the blogging world? Do you have blogger buddies you are grateful they are still around and would miss if they vanished? Now is your chance to show your appreciation and spotlight them!
Mine
are simple. To the point. There is one blogger I miss more than anyone. She’s my
critique partner and an awesome one at that. And since she doesn’t blog
anymore, I am posting this to Facebook so she can read my plea to COME BACK TO
BLOGGING AND WRITING. Who is she? you ask.
Shawna Railey at My Journey. She’s written a great YA paranormal called Sycamore Meadows that I’m certain is
sitting on her hard drive, and she hasn’t blogged since June 24, 2011. What is
up with that? She has oodles of talent.
So,
Shawna…Oh, How I Miss You. Please return to the world of blogging and writing.
And if she quit...
Rebecca Green Gasper. She's my partner at Moxie Writers and is way beyond creative. She is a huge part of my writing support system. And if she quit blogging, we'd wind up talking on the phone for hours (and I only have so many minutes on my calling plan). So, if you read this Rebecca, don't even consider the thought!

ReplyDeleteI chose some bloggers for this blogfest, but I would miss all my bloggie buddies even if I didn't name them today.

ReplyDeleteI hope that Shawna reads this, and comes back even for some guest appearances! You persuaded me, and I don't even know either of you! Julie

ReplyDeleteThis is a brutal business. It's so easy to question your talent and your sanity and give up. I had many days where I thought I was just a deluded moron wasting my time. But you have to hang on!!
