I found this recipe for mashed potatoes with bacon and cheddar on Pinterest. It looked so yummy I couldn't wait to try it! The potatoes are so creamy, and with the addition of the bacon, cheddar and scallions...oh my goodness! There are quite a few steps in this recipe, but they're super simple and so worth the effort!
