Typically, you enter a link to DIRECTLY TO YOUR BLOG POST, and not just the home page of your blog, unless the blog owner has given you other instructions.

You are limited to 500 characters which is MORE than enough for a link address. If you have a link long than that, try to use another or remove some of the variables that are making it so long.

We do not allow *tiny urls* of any type (ie. links that are short versions of the real link). There is no need for them, and they are primarily put in Linky Lists by spammers and people who want to disguise the real link. They are great for things like Twitter and Facebook, but there is no need for them in Linky lists.
